Requirements Review

Requirements form a very important foundation for your project, and they should be the primary input to your budgeting, scheduling and architecture processes. Providing correct and complete guidance early-on is an important first-step to project success. Are you confident that your requirements are detailed enough? Or do they have too much detail? Without enough detail, cost and schedule estimates are unlikely to be reliable, and major elements may be forgotten until very late in the game. With too much detail, project agility is reduced and development teams can become frustrated, again resulting in delays and cost overruns.

I can deliver my recommendations either in written form, or as an interactive presentation to your management (or both).
