Monthly Retainer

In cases where you have occassional, recurring questions, or a need for ongoing input or feedback, I offer a monthly retainer option.

The way it works is that I reserve a certain number of hours every month to respond to your questions. I also give priority to clients who are on retainer over those who are not, and I provide a discount for this approach over my regular project-oriented rates. For clients who are not on retainer, my schedule sometimes gets filled months in advance, and I may not have time to address your questions until my schedule opens up.

I offer three levels:

• Level 1: up to 5 hours per month.
• Level 2: up to 10 hours per month.
• Level 3: up to 15 hours per month.

There is a three month minimum committment. Fees are payable monthly in advance, whether or not you make use of my time. Hours in excess of your chosen level may or may not be available (at a higher hourly rate), depending on what else I have going on at any particular time. Unused hours cannot be carried over to another month. To avoid confusion, questions or tasks that are done on retainer must originate from a single person at your company.

Obviously, the number of spots available on a retainer basis are limited.
