All of my services are only available on a quoted basis. The process typically goes something like this: First, send an inquiry e-mail, providing as many details about your project, goals and requirements as you can. In addition to the information that's requested on each service description page, if you can provide some guidance regarding your budget, that can help me to scope the project accordingly. I will acknowledge your inquiry by the end of the work day following receipt. If you haven't heard from me by then, there's a good chance your email was caught in one of my spam filters.
Next, I will either call you or send an email with questions and clarifications regarding your RFQ. After that, I will send you a quote by email, normally within two business days (large or complex projects can take somewhat longer). In addition to price details and payment terms, the quote will also include a proposed schedule. Quotes are normally good for seven days. If you need longer than that, please mention it in your RFQ.
